What do you mean?
(And please introduce yourself before posting enigmatic questions... Hmm...)

Anyway...

As said on another topic, you can now quote messages from other members by typing this:

---
Someone said: What I'm quoting
Place comment here.
---

It will do this:

---
Someone said: What I'm quoting
Place comment here.
---

Next in the to-do-list: adding a "Quote" button in the comments_reply page, so you can actually add the quote without doing anything.

arrrggghhhh! I've tried doing that. Does it need the left and right 'carot' with the 'q' inside, (and '/q' for the ending) then paste the quote between the two? And with NO spacing EXCEPT for the pasted quote itself between the two?

Sheesh! I feel so dumb on accasion. Smile

EDIT - AAAARRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHH! Now it does it right. Honest, I couldn't do it before! The above quote from Naoki was supposed to have been all messed up like the other 10 times I've tried that!

Apparently, you have to do all that in sequence. I was placing two set of 'carots' back-to-back, then inserting the q, /q, then pasting whatever text I wanted between the two. Anyone confirm that?

I'm one of those people that gotta know that kind of silliness. Smile

You can do it the way you like, provided you use the q tag Wink
Actually, I could do it any other way... Such as using "§Hello§§" to open and end a quote. I just figured some people might be more comfortable with the HTML way Wink

I have no idea. On my AZERTY keyboard it's right next to the right Shift key.
But as I said, it's not in use... I just said I could use any combination of letters or numbers to setup the quotes. Such as ^1 to open a quote and ^2 to close it. Etc.
